Picture the whole West like one big leaking cruise ship. Australians are up on the top deck mocking the Americans down in steerage for drowning in medical debt. Europeans are leaning over the railing laughing at our “feral individualism.” Meanwhile we’re yelling back about their crumbling welfare states and endless queues. Everyone’s got their favorite insult, everyone’s sure their section of the boat is still dry. Except the water’s rising everywhere, same speed. It stopped being funny a while ago.

New Video Reviewing Avatar 2 Coming Out Soon
Again sorry for the slowdown in content. I am furiously trying to get through all the footage taken on my recent trip but I do have something for you today: Avatar 2 is coming out and I have taken on the burden of watching it so you don't have to.
Not to worry though, there will be no spoilers of the new movie just my read on the message of the series and how it nicely fits into the current deconstruction of civilization.
Yes, like the first it is a rehash of Dances with Wolves and Pocahontas mixed with the current social paradigm of humans being the villains. Well, one kind of human that is, which is pretty much vilified in all the slop on offer that is expelled from Hollywood.
While it is quite clear and pretty much everyone knows this, Hollywood no longer makes movies. It sells political ideology wrapped in cgi within a 5th grade plot literacy laden corpse of what was once known as cinema.
