China Building SUPERHUMANS from the DNA Up
In the West even the hint of eugenics is strictly taboo, but in the East in China, that country is on its way to be the world leader in building the next generations of humans from the DNA up.
Without the same fear of the technology and not having equality of outcome at the core of their nation's cultural values, their advances will most definitely spur on almost every other country in the world.
