A few seconds of footage can become a political Rorschach test. Some viewers see regret; others see hypocrisy, confusion or a convenient symbol for everything they already believe. But how much can we really know about a stranger from a brief expression? The more interesting question is why millions of people are so eager to assign that expression a meaning. The video looks beyond the immediate spectacle to examine the assumptions that make this kind of meme so powerful.

Forget DEAD Internet: WEF & Google are DELETING It
Elon Musk brought it to the attention of the masses in his failed bid to take over Twitter when he said the site was rife with bots, but If you have not heard of it, the latest and quite interesting idea out there is called the Dead Internet theory.- which is much larger in scope.
This theory states that the Internet as we know it actually died sometime between 2016 and 2017, according to The Atlantic. Moreover, the Dead-internet theory suggests that the internet has been almost entirely taken over by artificial intelligence.
However, this doesn’t mean that the Internet is gone necessarily. Rather, most of the "people" we see online doing things like publishing content, posting social media updates, and commenting are actually bots.
In fact, when we are told we have an endless supply of information, what is in fact happening is the deleting of a good chunk of Internet by companies like Google and Microsoft so that information that challenges the establishment will never be accessible.
