Picture the whole West like one big leaking cruise ship. Australians are up on the top deck mocking the Americans down in steerage for drowning in medical debt. Europeans are leaning over the railing laughing at our “feral individualism.” Meanwhile we’re yelling back about their crumbling welfare states and endless queues. Everyone’s got their favorite insult, everyone’s sure their section of the boat is still dry. Except the water’s rising everywhere, same speed. It stopped being funny a while ago.

Zuck's Threads: Google+ or Twitter Killer?
While I prefer Telegram over all social media platforms, and for the hands-off approach to moderation and the lack of single-minded enforcement of establishment narratives.
That said, the continuing saga of Twitter and the so-called Great Emancipator Elon Musk freeing at least one platform from the oppressive clutches of those that have stifled speech for so long now, and have in doing so, polarized the population to ever dizzying heights is now in its oscillation phase.
Mark Zuckerburg's launched his Data-Harvesting Twitter Clone, Threads to the squeals of delight from the latte drinking, self-appointed enforces of pronouns and correct speech, clutching their copies of the Communist Manifesto and Mao's little red book looking for a new Corporate controlled safe space that they can call their own.
It is being called the Twitter Killer. But is it? Well, lets take a look and see.
